How can I hire you?
Fill in the contact form with what you need, who it’s for and any references. We go through a short briefing to set the key points, and then I send you a quote, valid for 15 days.
Standard payment is 100% upfront, and work starts once it’s received. For projects starting 30 days or more ahead, a 20% deposit books the slot. A 50/50 split is possible with a 10% surcharge.
What are your fees?
There are no fixed prices. Every project needs something different, so each one gets its own quote based on scope.

How do changes work?
The work goes in stages and you can ask for changes within each one before approving it. Once a stage is approved, a new direction or a change of scope is quoted separately.
When will I get the finished artwork?
It depends entirely on the project, so the delivery date is agreed in each quote.
Your part matters too: timely feedback and material keep the project moving. If a project goes 15 days without material or feedback it’s paused, and after 60 days it’s cancelled.
I need it for yesterday. Can you help?
I believe in time travel, at a price. If you need it faster than the agreed date and I have room, there’s a rush surcharge of 50% to 100% depending on how much faster.
How do you work on a design or illustration?
In stages, and you approve each one before we move to the next.
What is the briefing session?
It’s where we set what the project needs: goals, audience, where the artwork will be used and any constraints. A good briefing is what makes the rest go smoothly.
What file formats do you work with?
I work in vector by default, so artwork scales to any size without losing quality. You get final files ready for print and digital. Editable source files (.ai, .psd, .fig) aren’t included unless the quote says so.
Who owns the rights to the images?
Rights pass to you once the project is paid in full. Proposals that aren’t paid for stay mine.
Authorship recognition
I can show the work in my portfolio and social channels, unless there’s an NDA.
Do you offer confidentiality?
Yes, with a 50% surcharge I sign an NDA for your project.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Payments aren’t refundable. That’s why the work goes in stages you approve one by one, so direction gets corrected early and not at the end.
Do you use clip-art or stock images?
The illustrations are original and made for your project. I don’t resell or reuse artwork made for another client.
